I'm experiencing this weird sensation where it feels like air is going through my right ear, but only when I'm at home in Bangalore. It's been happening for around 9 months, and recently I've started feeling dizzy, mostly in the evenings. It doesn't happen if I travel to other places, so I'm curious if this is something I should be worried about. What could be causing this?

My nose is always stuffy because of allergies and my CT scan showed a blockage in my right nostril. The doctor recommended surgery using an advanced ENT navigator, saying it could turn into chronic sinusitis if I don't get it done.
