I'm really anxious right now... I attempted suicide last night, but it didn't work, and now I'm feeling even more depressed. It's mostly because of this sexual issue I'm dealing with, you know, erectile dysfunction. I've never told my parents about this, and I really can't imagine leaving them alone. What should I do?

I'm really sorry you're feeling this way, but I'm unable to provide the support you need. It's important to reach out to someone who can, like a mental health professional or a trusted person in your life. Please know that there are people who care about you and want to help you through this.

View allI'm finding that sometimes I'm just fine and everything's normal, but then out of nowhere, I get really hyper and act rudely to people around me. Right after that, I feel super uncomfortable and just want to be alone for a while. Its like I cant stop thinking too much about even the smallest things, and it really hurts. What could be going on with me?

I'm feeling super confused and kind of worried about masturbation. I usually do it once a month, but afterward, I end up feeling really down, tense, and sort of hopeless. It also messes with my motivation for studying and work. I've heard so many mixed opinions about whether masturbation can be bad for mental, sexual, or physical health. Some doctors say it's perfectly fine, while others call it a harmful habit. Can it really affect someone this much, or is it no big deal? I'd love to understand this better.
excess of masturbation can become problems

I'm really struggling with an addiction to porn and find myself masturbating every day, sometimes even over the smallest things, and it feels like it's taking up a lot of my time and energy. Do you have any advice on what I can do about this?
