I'm really concerned about this burning sensation throughout my body and the constant pain in my lower left back. It's been bothering me for a while, and I'm not sure what to do. I've been dealing with a high fever, cold, and really bad full body pain, like all my joints hurt and my back pain is unbearable. I went for a full body checkup and the reports came back normal with all body counts perfect. But I'm still experiencing this full body joint pain. What could be going on?

I've been having these symptoms for about 7 months now, like this weird internal fever where I feel hot inside, but it doesn't show up on a thermometer. I also get frequent headaches and this annoying pain in my joints, especially in my hands and legs. It's gotten to the point where I'm just not motivated to do anything. What do you think might be going on with me?
