I'm really concerned about this chest heaviness I've been experiencing since recovering from COVID. It mostly hits me in the evenings, and I've also been dealing with some gastric issues. There's no pain or trouble breathing, but my gastroenterologist told me to try breathing exercises and meditation. I've been using Ulgel A for about a month and a half now whenever I feel the heaviness. Could you give me some advice or insights on what's going on?

I was wondering how we can really be sure that someone is free of abdominal tuberculosis after they've finished their ATT course. Is there a specific test that can accurately confirm it? I'm feeling a bit anxious about making sure the treatment has been successful.

I'm thinking about joining the Reshape Nation program to help with my weight loss, but I've heard that it might not be suitable if you have a fatty liver issue. They've also suggested using some Amway products, like Nutrilite supplements. I'm a bit concerned and wonder if it's a safe choice for me to proceed. Could you provide some guidance on whether it's advisable for someone in my situation?
