I'm really concerned about this chest heaviness I've been experiencing since recovering from COVID. It mostly hits me in the evenings, and I've also been dealing with some gastric issues. There's no pain or trouble breathing, but my gastroenterologist told me to try breathing exercises and meditation. I've been using Ulgel A for about a month and a half now whenever I feel the heaviness. Could you give me some advice or insights on what's going on?

I've been dealing with bleeding piles for the past 10 days and it hasn't stopped, even though I had laser surgery for piles a year and a half ago. I'm currently taking tranexamic acid tablets but the bleeding continues. What else can I do to stop the bleeding or are there other medications you'd recommend?
Since the bleeding persists despite tranexamic acid and your previous laser surgery, it's crucial to seek professional medical advice

Is banana good for liver?
Banana are good source of potassium, vitamin C, vitamin B6 and dietary fibers which is good for an over-all good health including liver. As banana is also a rich source of sugars and carbohydrates, it is better to consume in moderation.
