I'm really concerned about this left chest pain I've been experiencing for the past 10 days. It's mostly just a feeling of heaviness in my chest, and I'm finding it really difficult to breathe properly. What could be causing this, and should I be worried?

Hi. It sounds like you may be experiencing symptoms of a heart-related issue. It is important to seek medical attention immediately. In the meantime, you can take Aspirin 325mg to help with any potential heart-related pain. Please take one tablet with a glass of water.

View allI'm trying to understand what a left anterior hemiblock means when it shows up on an ECG. Should I be worried about it? Is there a need for any kind of treatment, or is it something that won't affect my health too much?
Left anterior hemiblock (LAHB) on an ECG indicates an abnormality in the electrical conduction pathway of the heart, specifically affecting the left anterior fascicle of the left bundle branch. While LAHB can be benign in some individuals, it can also be associated with underlying heart conditions such as hypertension, ischemic heart disease, or cardiomyopathies. Whether it requires treatment depends on the presence of symptoms and any underlying heart conditions. It's important to consult with your cardiologist for a comprehensive evaluation to determine the significance of LAHB in your case and to discuss whether any further tests or treatments are necessary.

I'm really worried because my father has an LVEF of 35% as per his 2D echo report. I'm trying to figure out what kind of treatment he might need. Should we be considering an angiography? He hasn't had a heart attack and doesn't feel any chest pain. I did some reading and think maybe it's arrhythmia because about three years ago, he nearly fainted while cycling due to stress. Since then, he's been on medication for hypertension. Could you tell me what steps we should take next?
Since the patients LVEF (left ventricular ejection fraction) is 35.. indicates that he is having severe heart damage .. Some of the causes uncontrolled hypertension , heart muscle diseasesex cardiomyopathy, heart attack and heart valve issues..Angiography is needed since echo report reveals severe heart dysfunction.Treatment invoves ACE inhibitors ,calcium channel blockers and beta blockers..

my dad has two blocked arteries and also needs a heart valve replacement can you tell me roughly how much a bypass surgery would cost for this in a decent affordable hospital and what the total expenses might add up to including everything
Heart bypass with valve replacement may cost ₹3–6 lakh in a decent Indian hospital; package includes ICU, surgery, and meds—govt hospitals may reduce cost.
