I'm really concerned about my 9-month-old baby. He's been vomiting since morning and hasn't eaten anything all day. He keeps crying, and it's breaking my heart. I'm not sure what could be wrong. Yesterday, we took him to the mall, and he tried a spoonful of halwa. This morning, he had some egg and roti with milk. Now, he's vomited at least 34 times; it's all watery. Today's Sunday, and all the local doctors are closed. Any idea what could be causing this or what I should do?

View allI'm really worried about my 9-year-old daughter. She fell down the stairs and hurt her back. It's swollen about 3 cm above the base of her spine, and she's complaining about pain in her knees, even though she didn't hit them. She also feels pain in her back when she lifts small things like her iPad. We've been using an ice pack on the swollen area, and she's lying on her belly right now. She can still walk and sit, but her back is very painful. The swelling is starting to go down a bit. I'm worried and not sure what to do next or what to watch out for. Could this lead to something serious? What should I be looking out for?
Visit your nearest hospital immediately and get xray spine done to look for any fracture and follow your doctors advice

I'm dealing with mouth, hand, and feet disease right now. My hands are slowly getting better, but the pain in my mouth is getting worse. I've developed a canker sore that's really painful. I can't eat anything because of it. What medication can I take to help relieve the pain and heal my mouth?
For pain relief and managing mouth sores medications like chlorhexidine mouthwash, and pain relievers such as acetaminophen or ibuprofen, while also considering antiviral medications if the cause is viral. so consult md medicine

I'm wondering if it's alright to combine Duolin 2ml and Budecort 3ml for a single nebulization session, or should I do them in separate rounds?
You can mix Duolin (2ml) and Budecort (3ml) in one nebulization session, as they are commonly used together for combined bronchodilator and anti-inflammatory effects. Just ensure you follow your doctor's instructions and the prescribed dosage for your condition.
