My daughter had her 6-week vaccinations on March 8th, and since then, she's had a lump on her thigh. The doctor suggested using hot water treatment, but there's still a small lump there. Could you give me some advice on what else I should do or if this is normal?

Is it normal to get a lump after an injection? Getting a lump under your skin is a normal and expected injection site reaction. The lump may be painful or tender. As with other symptoms related to injection site reactions, get medical attention if your symptoms last longer than 1 to 2 days or get worse.

My 6-year-old started vomiting this morning right after drinking water, and now he's not able to eat much. By this afternoon, he's also complaining about stomach pain. I'm really worried. What could be causing this, and what should I do to help him feel better?
I recommend giving him syrup Ondansetron for vomiting, syrup Domperidone for stomach pain, and syrup Omeprazole to reduce stomach acid. These medications are commonly available in India and can help alleviate his symptoms.
