I'm really concerned about my condition. I've been dealing with COPD for 12 years now, and it gets especially bad during the monsoon season. I have allergies to dust, pollen, aerosol, rain, and even some dry fruits. It's really frustrating and I'm desperate to find a permanent solution to get rid of this asthma. Could you recommend anything that might help?

View allI'm having some trouble with my breathing and was wondering if it's okay to use a Duolin inhaler. Are there any home remedies you could suggest for a slight breathing issue?
Duolin inhaler is typically prescribed for conditions like asthma or COPD, and should only be used under a doctor's guidance. For mild breathing problems, you can try inhaling steam, staying hydrated, and using a humidifier. However, if symptoms persist or worsen, it's best to consult a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.

My dad has been coughing for the past two months, and we've done all sorts of tests including one for TB, but everything came back negative. His CT scan showed he has a parenchymal cyst in the right lower lobe. I'm really worried and not sure what to do next. I've already suggested he uses a Rotacap twice a day, but is there something else we should be considering? What steps should we take moving forward?
Pulmonologist opinion is advised to the patient.

I'm dealing with this persistent dry cough that's just not going away, and it's been happening every couple of months. I've seen a few doctors, and none of the medicines they suggested have relieved it. They've mentioned it might be bronchitis, but I'm not so sure anymore since nothing seems to be helping. I've tried antibiotics, various syrups like Ascoril and Brozodex, inhalers like Seretide 250 and Foracort, and tablets like LCZ Plus and Gramocef 200 mg, but it's like I'm not making any progress. There's no sputum coming out, and it's causing a lot of discomfort in my chest. It's gotten to the point where I'm not even sleeping well at night. I'm really worried and could use some guidance on what else I might try. Any advice?
Considering your persistent dry cough and lack of relief from various medications, it's essential to revisit your diagnosis and treatment plan; consult a pulmonologist or a specialist to rule out underlying conditions like asthma, chronic bronchitis, or even gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), and consider further investigations like a chest X-ray, spirometry, or an acid reflux test to determine the underlying cause and develop an effective treatment plan.
