I'm really concerned about my cousin brother who started his treatment for MDR-RR TB about 20 days ago. Despite being on medication, he's still coughing quite a bit. Could you let me know when the coughing might completely stop, and how long we should expect to continue the meds before seeing improvement?

View allI'm a bit confused about my chest X-ray report, and I could use some help understanding it. It mentions both lung fields being clear, which sounds good, but then there's something about "prominent marking" seen. Should I be worried about what that means? Also, they noted both girls are normal and no lymphadenopathy, which I assume is good news? They say the CP angles are clear and the soft tissues and bony thorax are normal, too. Does everything seem okay here, or is there anything I should be concerned about or follow up on?
Thats completely normal no need to worry

I'm dealing with COVID for a second time and am currently on my 5th day of quarantine. When I check my oxygen levels with a pulse oximeter, the readings vary depending on which finger I use. Which figure should I trust? And also, my ct value on the RT-PCR test came out to be 27. Does that indicate anything concerning or am I in the safe zone?
Recovery is around 2-3 weeks.Continue all the medications.

I'm really worried about my mom's oxygen levels. It's been a while since she was discharged after having COVID and bilateral pneumonia. She's been on quite a few medications, including the steroids Medrol and dexamethasone, as prescribed, and others like Perfenix and Cardace protect. The thing is, her oxygen saturation stays around 88-92% when she's resting, which I think is okay. But whenever she gets up to walk or just goes to the washroom, it drops to 75% and then slowly comes back up to about 90%. With the recent reports showing her CRP at 21 and ESR at 37, I'm anxious to know when her oxygen levels might stabilize and stay up, even when she's more active. Could you help me understand why this happens and what we might expect moving forward?
Yes,continue same treatment as advised by the physician.Patient is advised tab levocetrizine 10 mg orally,at bedtime for 5 days .
