I'm really concerned about my friend who's getting treated for TB. I'm trying to figure out the right diet for him. Can you advise on which fruits and vegetables would be best for someone in his condition? Also, is it safe for him to eat food with spices? I would really appreciate your guidance on this.

View allI'm living in a cold climate, and for the past couple of years, as winter approaches, I've noticed I have this ongoing breathing problem along with a cough that produces phlegm. It seems to linger all winter long. I've tried using some anti-cough syrups, but they haven't really helped much. Do you have any advice on what I should do?
