I'm really concerned about my girlfriend. I wanted to ask if it's necessary for her to undergo an operation related to the "daily testis" thing. Could you explain if that's what it means or what we should be doing about it?

View allI'm wondering why my urine is yellow every morning. During the day, as long as I'm constantly drinking water, my urine looks fine. But if I skip drinking water for a couple of hours or more, it turns yellow again. I aim to drink about 5-6 liters of water each day, but obviously, I can't while I'm sleeping, so the issue comes back every morning. Could this be a sign of something serious? Should I consult a specific type of doctor? I had a full body check-up six months ago, and they said I was completely fine. Also, I've been having some digestion problems. What do you suggest I do about all this?
The new symptoms of heavy gas and sharp back pain require attention. Stop taking LMX 500 and Rabesec 20 immediately and consult your gastroenterologist as soon as possible. In the meantime, consider taking an antacid or a gas-relieving medication like Simethicone (Eno) to alleviate symptoms. Apply a warm compress to your back to help manage the pain. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water and consider a bland diet to ease digestion. Seek medical attention promptly to adjust your treatment plan and address the new symptoms.

It's been 7 days since my circumcision but there's still swelling and a ring-like appearance around the head of my penis. How long until the swelling fully goes down and everything looks normal again? I also have some lingering pain - is that expected? Will that ring shape disappear as it heals?
Swelling and pain are common after circumcision and should subside within 2-3 weeks. The ring-like appearance is normal post-surgery, and it will likely disappear as the healing progresses.

I'm dealing with a stubborn 6 mm kidney stone at the UV junction that's causing mild hydronephrosis in my right kidney. The doctor put me on urimax 0.4 mg for 10 days. It's been 15 days now, and the back pain is still around, sometimes even getting unbearable. We're trying to flush it out by drinking lots of water, but it seems like nothing's changed. What should we do next?
The medication prescribed by your doctor, capsule Urimax 0.4 mg, is commonly used to help pass kidney stones by relaxing the muscles in the urinary tract. However, since the pain is still persistent and sometimes unbearable, it may be necessary to consider a different approach. In this case, you can discuss with your doctor about adding a medication like Tamsulosin (Flomax) to help with the passage of the kidney stone. Additionally, if the pain continues to be severe, your doctor may consider other interventions such as lithotripsy or surgery to remove the stone. It's important to keep hydrating well and follow up with your doctor for further evaluation and management.
