I'm really concerned about my health and could use some advice. Over the past 10 months, I've been having issues with sticky sputum and left side chest pain. And just recently, I noticed blood in my sputum along with pain under my armpit. I've lost around 12 kgs too, which is worrying me even more. I've done quite a few tests, like a CT scan, a heart echo test, and even a sputum AFB and Mantoux test, but they all came back normal. I also checked with a CT thorax with contrast and had a couple of chest X-rays, all normal. Blood tests like sugar, urea, creatinine, CBC, and a seroconversion test were negative too. I'm not sure what's going on, and I'm really anxious about it all. Can you help me figure out what might be happening or suggest what I should do next?

View allI'm a bit concerned because lately, I've been noticing blood in my saliva. It used to come from my gum near my teeth sometimes, but now I've also started to cough and see blood a few minutes afterward. I'm really trying to figure out if this could be related to issues with my teeth, or if it might have something to do with my chest or throat. Any ideas on what might be going on?

I'm really worried because I was diagnosed with pulmonary TB last October and just finished a 9-month ATT. I was in close contact with my wife the whole time. Is there a chance I could have spread it to her before or during my treatment? I'm concerned because they never did a sputum test on meI didnt have a cough or any other symptoms. My Mantoux test was positive, and a CT scan showed multiple lumps. They did an EBUS TBNA too. Right now, my wife doesnt show any symptoms, but should we be concerned?
test your wife also for tuberculosis even without symptoms
