I'm really concerned about my health right now because my creatinine level is at 3.3 and my blood pressure is high at 120180. Is this something I should be worried about? Also, is there any way to improve kidney issues related to damage of cortical echotexture?

Lately, I've been having a hard time breathing because of a persistent cough. I've tried using Duolin and Budecort nebulizers twice, but they haven't really helped. Plus, my legs and hands have started swelling up. I'm taking Dytor 10 in the morning and 5 in the evening for that. I'm wondering if there's any antibiotic medicine you could recommend that might bring me some relief? Also, my doctor vaccinated me for influenza pneumonia.

I'm a bit worried about the medication my dad's been prescribed. He's got swelling in his feet, and the doctor recommended Dytor 5. But he's also dealing with sterile pyuria and a urinary tract infection, so he's on other meds for that. Now the doctor said to take Dytor 5 along with half a Cilacar 10 at night and Telma 40. I'm just not sure about these medication combinations. Is this safe to take, especially with his current UTI problems?
