Since both medications are for high blood pressure and the swelling, I'm wondering if it's okay for her to take them at the same time? Could it possibly be risky like making her blood pressure drop too low?

If she is already taking Aginal-AT for high blood pressure and her doctor has now prescribed Aquazide 12.5mg for swelling and high blood pressure, it is generally safe to take both medications together as long as they are taken as prescribed. Both medications work in different ways to help control blood pressure and reduce swelling. The usual dosing for Aquazide 12.5mg is 1 tablet once a day.
