I'm really concerned about my sister who has been unable to smell or taste for many years. She only told us about it a few years back, and now she's 25. Do you know if there's any treatment or anything we can do to help her? I'm worried about what this means for her future.

View allI've been dealing with a dry throat for the past three days. A few days ago, I had this sensation like something was caught in my throat, which eventually went away on its own, but now my throat just feels really dry. I get a mild cough, and there are times when I feel like I might have a fever, but then it disappears just as quickly. I've noticed some occasional chest pain, and sometimes my stomach acts up with gurgling twice a day. The only thing I've been taking is Calpol. It's particularly uncomfortable at night because the dryness makes it hard to sleep. Though there's no pain while swallowing or in the throat, it's beginning to bother me. Can you suggest any medicines or something I can do to help with this?
take tablet tusq for 5days

I'm experiencing a bit of hoarseness in my voice that I'm thinking might be from all the shouting I did recently. There's some swelling in my voice box, and I'm wondering if I should consider getting an endoscopy on my throat. What do you think? Is it necessary, or could it be something that'll just go away on its own?
it can be due to vocal nodules you can diagnose it by laryngoscopy

I've been having a nosebleed for the past two days, and it's starting to freak me out. On top of that, I'm having trouble breathing, and I've got this constant headache. I'm not sure what's going on and could really use some advice on what steps I should take or what could be causing this. Could you help me figure it out?
Nosebleeds lasting for two days, along with breathing difficulties and headaches, may indicate a more serious underlying issue. It is important to address these symptoms promptly. You can try using over-the-counter nasal decongestant spray like Afrin (oxymetazoline) to help constrict blood vessels in the nose and stop the bleeding. For the headache, you can take acetaminophen (Tylenol) as directed on the package. However, it is crucial to seek medical attention as soon as possible to determine the cause of these symptoms and receive appropriate treatment.
