I'm really concerned about this ongoing itching in my vaginal area. It's been a month now, and I've tried taking itraconazole 200 mg, terbinafine 150, teczine, dazit, and flucos 150, but there hasn't been any improvement. Can you help me figure out what's going on and what I should do next?

I'm feeling a lot of pain in my right breast, especially when I press on it. It also feels really hard, kind of like a gland. Should I be worried about this, and what could it possibly mean?

These changes in the ducts and glands can cause breast cysts, which can be painful and are a common cause of cyclic breast pain. And there are many other factors also .So please visit gynae for further needful investigation and evaluation

Yes, it's possible to treat a 10 cm ovarian cyst without surgery, especially if you're experiencing no symptoms. Many cysts, including those this size, are functional and may resolve on their own, or with a period of watchful waiting.

I'm two months pregnant and wondering if pills can help stop the pregnancy or if I need surgery. I've been having symptoms like morning sickness, extreme hair fall, tiredness, mood swings, and food tastes bland. I don't feel like eating because it makes me nauseous but I don't actually vomit. Do abortion pills or surgery have side effects? What should I eat if I can't stand food right now?

A gyanec opinion is advised for further treatment.
