They also asked for an apicolordotic chest x-ray. I had PTB back in 2014 and was cleared after six months of treatment. Does this mean the PTB might have returned or is it something else?

If your symptoms persist or worsen, it would be advisable to consult with an allergist for further evaluation and management.

I'm really concerned about the potential effects of doing an HRCT. Could it actually stimulate or spread any existing fibrotic opacities in the lungs? I'm worried because I've heard mixed opinions about it and would love some clarity from you.

HRCT-to much radiations can cause cancer.Also contraindicated in case of pregnancy and anxiety disorders.
