I'm really concerned about the potential effects of doing an HRCT. Could it actually stimulate or spread any existing fibrotic opacities in the lungs? I'm worried because I've heard mixed opinions about it and would love some clarity from you.

View allMy mom's CT value was 1325 even after getting 10 injections of Remdesivir and it's been 20 days now, but her CT value is still 1425. She's also having some trouble with her oxygen levels. I'm really worried about what this means for her condition and what steps we should take next. Could you help me understand what's going on?

I'm dealing with a cold and cough that just won't go away. Every time I come into contact with dust, my nose gets all irritated, and the cold seems to flare up again. It's particularly tough during the winter; sometimes it feels hard to breathe because of the heavy cold. Should I be worried about this recurring issue, and is there something specific I can do to feel better?

I've come across some information online suggesting that being able to hold your breath for over a minute means you have healthy lungs. I'm curious if this is a valid test for lung health. I personally can hold my breath for a minute and a half. Does that mean my lungs are in good shape, or should I be looking at other signs?
try doing some yoga breathing exercises
