I'm really concerned about this report I got saying there's an "abnormal ECG" with an "SCT wave abnormality" and something about "considering inferior ischemia." I'm an ASD device patient, and I'm not sure what all this means for me. Could you help explain it and let me know if I should be worried?

I've been having a breathing problem that started with feeling like I had a missed heartbeat. I've been dealing with a really high pulse rate and Im not sure why. Every time I check it with my digital sphygmomanometer, it reads between 95 to 110, and thats without any physical activity. My blood pressure usually hovers around 105 over 55. On top of that, Ive been experiencing severe abdominal pain and a constant feeling of nausea for the past few weeks.
