I'm really concerned about this report I got saying there's an "abnormal ECG" with an "SCT wave abnormality" and something about "considering inferior ischemia." I'm an ASD device patient, and I'm not sure what all this means for me. Could you help explain it and let me know if I should be worried?

View allI've been told I have mild left ventricular hypertrophy after a 2D echo test. Is this something that can be reversed if I manage to keep my blood pressure around 12080?
Ideally its irreversible, but in some cases when BP is maintained under control with good and heathy life style, its observed to be reversible

I'm a bit worried because I had an Eco ECG TMT and some blood tests done about a month ago, and everything came back normal. But now, for the past two days, I've been having this pain in my left chest, especially when I'm trying to sleep. It's hard to get comfortable, and breathing seems to make it worse when I'm lying down. Any idea why this is happening if all my tests were normal? Could you suggest any painkillers that might help?

I'm experiencing some concerning symptoms like chest pain on my left side, shortness of breath, and my blood pressure seems higher than usual. On top of that, I've been dealing with numbness in my leg and arm and noticed some bed sores appearing on my bum. I also have this persistent headache that's been bothering me. Should I be worried about these symptoms, and what could be causing them? Would love your advice on what steps I should take next.
