I'm really concerned about the safety of skin whitening pills. I've come across a lot of products that promise lighter skin, but I'm worried about potential side effects or long-term impacts on my health. Are these pills actually safe to use, or should I be cautious?

I've been taking cefpodoxime 200mg twice daily, using megaheal cream for the dressing, and taking diclo p tablets for the pain. But it still hurts when I'm changing the dressing. Is there anything else I can do to help it heal faster?
