I'm really concerned about something I read recently regarding pigeons and lung health. It mentioned that pigeons can cause lung disease, including bronchitis and lung infections. Could you explain how this happens? Do pigeons release some kind of acid that's harmful to us when we breathe in? I'm just trying to understand why this might trigger such issues with our lungs.

I'm really worried about my dad. He's been getting a fever in the evenings for the last 20 to 25 days. It goes up to 101.5 and then seems to come down by morning. Some nights he doesn't have a fever at all and he's just normal. We got an X-ray and it mentioned there's some opacity on the left side. Could you help me understand what might be going on or what this could mean?
it looks like tuberculosis, proceed to test the same

I'm really worried about something I just found out. Last year, I was in a car accident, and nobody told me anything about my chest x-ray results. I looked at the report today, and it mentions things like biapical pleural thickening, perihilar interstitial prominence, and mild hyperaeration. I have no idea what any of this means. I was fine until recently, but now I've started coughing up phlegm, and I get short of breath when I walk up stairs, although it goes away quickly. Other than that, I feel healthy. Can you help ease my mind and tell me what I should do next?
