I'm really concerned about these dark circles under my eyes! I've been on the hunt for a good eye cream or something that can help. Do you have any advice or suggestions on what I can do about them? It's starting to worry me a bit, and I'd love to hear your thoughts.

View allI've had acanthosis nigricans for the last 11 years, and it has been particularly bad on my neck. I've tried a few creams recommended by doctors, but they haven't really helped much. I do have a bit of extra weight, but I make sure to exercise every day. My dad has diabetes, so I'm worried there might be a connection. I'm 18 now and really want to find a long-term solution. Can plastic surgery or laser treatments actually get rid of acanthosis nigricans?
Acanthosis Nigricans (AN) treatment focuses on addressing underlying causes, such as insulin resistance and obesity. _Realistic Expectations_: No "cure" exists, but symptoms can be managed. _Treatment Options_: 1. Lifestyle changes: Maintain a healthy weight, diet, and exercise routine. 2. Topical treatments: Creams or ointments may help improve skin texture. 3. Oral medications: Metformin may help improve insulin sensitivity. _Plastic Surgery and Laser Treatment_: Not recommended as primary treatments for AN.

I have a boil on my left thigh and I'm taking doxycycline with cipladine ointment but no pus is coming out. Do I really need to get a small cut from the doctor? I'm nervous about the procedure is there any other way to treat this without surgery?
If boil doesn’t drain with antibiotics, minor incision may be needed—don’t delay if swelling increases.

I've had warts on my feet for over a month now. The doctor recommended Watnil solution but it hasn't helped at all. My friends say it might need to be cut out with minor surgery, which really scares me. Are there any other medicines that can cure warts without surgery?
Its a very minor surgical procedure. Its done by electrocautery or by radiofrequency ablation. Its done under local anaesthesia. Treatment cost varies in different clinics. Lotion takes long time to act and it should be applied properly.
