I'm really concerned about these hand tremors I've been experiencing. I've heard terms like essential tremors and I'm trying to figure out what's causing it and what my options are. I'm curious about different treatment methods like allopathy, homeopathy, naturopathy, and Ayurveda. Could you give me some guidance on this and let me know if there's anything that could help alleviate these tremors?

View allI'm feeling this weird cold sensation at the back of my head. It happens mostly at night, and the only thing that seems to help is wearing a woollen cap while I sleep. Sometimes I feel it during the day too. I've tried putting cotton in my ears, which helps a bit but doesn't completely fix it. What could be causing this, and should I be worried?

I've been dealing with head spinning for years now, and it's really starting to worry me. I had an MRI scan about three years ago and have been on medications like Icosar Lipikind Plus and Vertizoc since then, but I still get these dizzy spells pretty often. Do you have any idea why this might be happening or what else I could do?

I'm really worried about my mom. She took Duzela m 20 for her nerve pain, but now she's having side effects like acidity, nausea, and burping. What can we do to help her feel better and reduce these side effects?
The side effects of acidity, nausea, and burping after taking Duzela M 20 (a combination of duloxetine and methylcobalamin) can be common. To alleviate these symptoms, I recommend taking the medication with food, drinking plenty of water, and considering an over-the-counter antacid (after confirming with her doctor). If the symptoms persist, please consult her healthcare provider for further guidance.
