I'm really concerned about what's going on with my vulva. It feels really itchy and sensitive, and I've noticed I keep getting these cuts or tears where my labia minora attaches. Sometimes they even bleed. The area around my vulva, especially where the hair starts, is really dry and looks white, plus it's super itchy. There's this white layer covering the vulva, and the whole area seems unusually dry. On top of that, there's a foul smell that I can't ignore. What could be causing all these symptoms, and what should I do about it?

It sounds like you may be experiencing symptoms of a yeast infection or a bacterial infection in the vulva area. I recommend using an antifungal cream such as Clotrimazole 1% cream twice a day on the affected areas. Additionally, you can take an oral antifungal medication like Fluconazole 150mg as a single dose. Keep the area clean and dry, and avoid using scented products or harsh soaps. If the symptoms persist, please follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.

View allI'm starting my 28th week of a healthy pregnancy and need to travel to my hometown. It's going to be a 3-day journey by road due to some reasons, and I can only travel this way. I'm a bit worried if this is safe for me and my baby. My husband will be driving our car. What do you think?
-Traveling during the 28th week of pregnancy is generally safe if you're comfortable and take regular breaks. Make sure to stay hydrated, avoid long periods of sitting, and stretch your legs to maintain good circulation. It's a good idea to have your doct

Suddenly, my sister is having a bit of trouble breathing. She's not able to take deep breaths through her nose and is breathing mostly through her mouth. There aren't any signs of fever, cold, dry cough, or body pain, so I'm really worried about what could be causing this. Can you suggest any home remedies to help her breathe more easily? She's currently three months pregnant. We're from Hyderabad, Telangana, and haven't traveled abroad ever. Any advice would be appreciated!
