I'm really concerned because during a recent polio vaccination drive, my son was accidentally given 67 drops instead of the usual 2 drops of the oral polio vaccine. Hes already had multiple oral doses and the IPV. Could this cause any issues now or in the future? What should I look out for in terms of symptoms of an overdose?

View allMy son is 4 years old and he's been having this cough with mucus for a while. Every time he coughs, I can feel and hear the mucus in his lungs, but it just won't come out. It's really worrying me. Our doctor suggested giving him Montair LC Kid syrup for four days, and mentioned that if things don't get better, we'd have to try nebulization. When I looked up Montair LC, it seemed to be more for allergies or asthma. Is it really safe to give him this syrup, and will it actually help with the mucus in his chest?
Yes ,continue same treatment.

when is the best time to get surgery for a tongue tie issue in babies does this condition commonly happen at birth can you explain more about tongue tie problems
The ideal time for tongue tie surgery, or frenotomy, in babies is generally recommended within the first few months, often during the first month of life. While some healthcare providers may prefer a "wait-and-see" approach, especially if the tongue tie is mild, early intervention can be beneficial for some babies, particularly if they are experiencing breastfeeding difficulties

I'm worried because my 14-month-old daughter has had a cold and cough for the last month, and her doctor told us to use Duolin respules in a nebulizer for her. I've heard that this is usually for asthma and other conditions, so I'm not sure if it's the right treatment. Can you give me some advice on this?
The condition could be Bronchitis or Bronchiolitis that is the reason why your doctor prescribed respules,no harm in using tthose you can use them.
