I'm really concerned because during a recent polio vaccination drive, my son was accidentally given 67 drops instead of the usual 2 drops of the oral polio vaccine. Hes already had multiple oral doses and the IPV. Could this cause any issues now or in the future? What should I look out for in terms of symptoms of an overdose?

View allI'm worried about my 12-year-old brother. He's been saying that when he's watching TV and sees a female actor, some sticky stuff comes out of his penis without him doing anything. He also masturbates every day. Is this some kind of side effect from masturbation, or is it a normal thing for boys his age?
Your brother is experiencing premature ejaculation, which can be triggered by sexual arousal such as when watching TV. Masturbating daily at his age is also quite common. To help with premature ejaculation, he can try using a topical anesthetic cream like lidocaine cream applied to the penis before intercourse. Additionally, practicing techniques like the start-stop method or the squeeze technique during masturbation can also help. If the issue persists, he may consider seeing a doctor for further evaluation and management.

Can you get chicken pox twice?
Most people who have had chicken pox once will be immune to the disease for lifetime but reinfection may happen in persons with suppressed immunity. Also, the virus may remain inactive in the nerves and may reactivate anytime later in life.

My baby has been having a fever since Wednesday, and the doctor gave us Meftal P syrup because her temperature is pretty high. I'm wondering, is it okay to give her the syrup every six hours or every four hours since her fever isn't coming down? I'm really concerned about making sure she's comfortable and getting better.
For children, Meftal P syrup can be given every 6-8 hours as needed for fever. The usual recommended dosage is 7-10 mg per kg of body weight per dose. However, it is important to consult with your doctor for the exact dosage based on your baby's weight and age. Make sure not to exceed the maximum daily dose.
