View allI'm kind of worried because my asthma symptoms have come back after moving to Chennai. I'm experiencing tiredness, shortness of breath, palpitations, and it's really hard to exercise. I was previously on momeflo and Foracort 200 about 5 years ago for a year and it helped keep things in control. Should I consider restarting these medications, or is there something else I should try? What would you suggest?

I'm experiencing a cough whenever I'm in air conditioning, whether it's day or night. Even when I'm on an AC bus, my throat gets itchy and the coughing starts. I don't have any nasal congestion or other symptoms, just this persistent cough that's been really bothering me. What could be causing this?
You can try taking a cough suppressant like Delsym (Dextromethorphan) 30mg every 6 hours as needed to help alleviate the cough. Additionally, you can use a humidifier in your room to add moisture to the air and soothe your throat. Make sure to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day.
