I'm really concerned because I've noticed a black spot on the head of my penis and around it for about 4 years now. There's no itching, but I'm really eager to get them removed. Can you please help me figure out what this might be and how I can get rid of it?

May be due to a condition called Fordyce spots, which are harmless and do not require treatment. However, if you wish to remove them, you can consider using topical treatments such as Retin-A cream or laser therapy. Please consult a dermatologist for proper evaluation and management.

View allI'm really worried about my sister's skin. She's got a naturally dusky tone, but her job in sales means she's out in the field a lot, and it's made her skin even darker. I think it's because of increased melanin from all that sun exposure. Can you recommend any remedies to reduce the tanning and help get her skin back to its original color?
kindly consult dermatologist.

I've got this swelling around my nose where I got it pierced and it's been bugging me a bit. I'm wondering if there's anything I can do to help it heal? And would it be a good idea to take out my nose ring and maybe use a tulsi stem on it for a bit? Any medication suggestions would be helpful too.
