I'm really concerned because at my 11th week scan, my cervix length was 4.6 cm, but now in my 20th week, it's dropped to 3 cm. The radiologist said everything looks normal and there's no funneling, but I'm still worried. Should I be concerned about this change?

I'm 14 weeks pregnant and I've been dealing with a cough and a bodyache. I'm wondering if it's safe to take Montair LC and Dolo 650. Could you advise me on that?
At 14 weeks of pregnancy, its important to be cautious with medications. Montair LC (montelukast and levocetirizine) and Dolo650 (paracetamol) are generally considered safe in pregnancy, but it's always best to consult your doctor before taking them. They can recommend the most appropriate treatment based on your specific condition.

I'm wondering if taking Ovacare tablets can mess with my period. I ended up taking 10 of them and now I'm worried they might cause a delay. How much of a delay could I be looking at here?
Ovacare is generally not expected to delay periods. If you or the person taking Ovacare experiences a delay in menstruation, it could be due to other factors unrelated to the supplement. If the delay persists or is accompanied by other symptoms, its advisable to consult a healthcare provider for further advice and evaluation.
