I'm really concerned because my neck area has been getting darker for quite some time now. Someone mentioned I should try this cream called Memopi HC, and I managed to get it from the pharmacy. The thing is, the instructions say I need to see a doctor before using it. Can you help me understand how and when I should use this cream? Is it really necessary to consult a doctor first?
