I'm really concerned because my triglycerides level is 512. I'm not experiencing chest pain or anything like that every day, but do you think I should be on any medication for this? Would love to get your advice.

How can I lower my blood pressure immediately?

On a general note, follow life style modifications such as Increase activity and exercise more, Lose weight if you're overweight, Cut back on sugar and refined carbohydrates, Eat more potassium and less sodium, Eat less processed food, Reduce excess stress and Try meditation or yoga.

My mom had an angioplasty about a month and a half ago and shes got a stent now. Just wondering, she started having this itchiness and rash on her calves last week which is a bit better now. Could this be some sort of reaction to the stent or maybe the meds? And if it is, is there anything we can do to help ease it?
