Can diabetics drink Boost?

Any store bought drinks although having health benefits, may also have carbohydrates and sugars which can cause sudden increase in blood sugar levels. Diabetics may not be able to control this surge due to their improper insulin in the body. Hence, one must read through the nutritional information before selecting any drink and also consume in moderation.
