I'm really concerned because my wife has developed sugar in her 8th month of pregnancy. Her RBS is at 372, but everything else seems normal, including her urine tests. Can you give us any advice on how to manage this? We're really eager to make sure everything goes smoothly for her and the baby.

I'm really concerned about the Ime9 diabetic tablets. Are they legitimate, or is there any issue with them? I want to make sure they're safe for my parents to use. Is there any chance they might be fake?
IME-9 is a legitimate ayurvedic supplement marketed for blood sugar control, manufactured by Charak Pharma; however, its efficacy and safety for diabetes management are not extensively scientifically proven, and it should not replace conventional medical treatment;

Can diabetics drink Boost?
Any store bought drinks although having health benefits, may also have carbohydrates and sugars which can cause sudden increase in blood sugar levels. Diabetics may not be able to control this surge due to their improper insulin in the body. Hence, one must read through the nutritional information before selecting any drink and also consume in moderation. It is always better to have natural fruits in their original form rather than juices or canned or syrups.
