I'm really confused about how long I should wait after recovering from typhoid before I can drink alcohol again. I've been getting conflicting advice from different people. Can you give me a clear and practical answer on this?

It's generally recommended to avoid alcohol for at least 3-6 months after recovering from typhoid to allow your liver and body to fully recover from the infection

View allMy wife has been dealing with water-like loose motions since yesterday. She tried pudin hara last night, which helped her sleep, but this morning, she's been to the loo four more times. She's been drinking Electrol to stay hydrated. Theres no pain, but should we be doing something more?
-It sounds like your wife is dealing with a mild case of diarrhea, but since she's staying hydrated with Electrol and doesn't have pain, she should hopefully recover soon. If it continues for more than 48 hours, it might be a good idea to consult a doctor

I've been dealing with some issues and wondering if you could help me out. I had typhoid about a year ago, and just did a widal test that came back with typhi H at 1.180. I'm still experiencing abdominal pain and feeling weak. Do you have any advice on what could be going on or what steps I should take next? Looking forward to hearing your thoughts.

I've been dealing with this loose motion issue for the past couple of days, and it's getting really concerning. It's not really watery, but there's a lot of mucus in it, and Ive had to go about 45 times. Plus, there's this annoying pain in my stomach. What could be going on?
