Good day, I've been having trouble sleeping at night for almost 2 months now, and it's really starting to worry me. My throat always feels dry even though I drink water all the time. I also experience some chest pain and burping, sometimes even heartburn. I've noticed bumps on the back of my tongue and a white patch in the center too. Could you help me figure out what's going on?

View allI'm really worried about the multiple calculi in my gallbladder lumen and the largest one is 13mm. The c.b.d is 3.2mm and it's visualized up to its retro pancreatic portion. There's no obvious intraductal calculus seen. What does all this mean? Should I be concerned about the size of the calculi or its location? What are the chances these will cause complications, and what steps should I take next?
The presence of multiple gallstones is identified, but there is no blockage of the bile ducts. If you're not experiencing symptoms, your doctor might suggest a wait-and-see approach, but if you do have symptoms or complications, surgery to remove the gallbladder may be necessary.

I'm dealing with jaundice and my bilirubin level is 5.2, with the conjugate one at 3.5 and the unconjugate at 1.5. How long should I expect this to take before it improves? And is it okay for me to go to college while I'm dealing with this? I've been eating boiled foods, but I'm wondering if it's safe to have noodles or something similar while I'm recovering.
With a bilirubin level of 5.2, your jaundice is mild to moderate, and recovery time varies from person to person, but typically takes 1-4 weeks; you can attend college, but take regular breaks, stay hydrated, and avoid strenuous activities; stick to a bland diet, and while boiled foods are good, avoid fattyspicy foods like noodles for now, instead opt for easily digestible foods like bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast (BRAT diet),

I've been dealing with this feeling for about 8 months now. It's like there's mucus stuck in my throat, almost like nasal mucus. A while back, about 6 months ago, I had a GI infection from H. pylori but got treatment and I'm not dealing with any infection anymore. However, I still frequently get gastrointestinal disturbances. The mucus stuck feeling is really bothering me. Any idea what might be causing this or how I can get rid of it?
use mucolytics like montlucast and consult your doctor foe further treatment
