I'm a bit confused about how to take econorm medicine. Should I be taking it twice a day after breakfast and dinner? Or is it better to take it before meals? I'm really worried about getting it right any advice would be appreciated!

My mom's been having some pain in her upper abdomen for the past few days. It only seems to happen when we press around that area or if she does some unusual movements. I'm really worried about what's going on there. Could it be something serious or should we just wait it out?

Your mother may be experiencing some musculoskeletal pain in her upper abdomen. This type of pain can be due to muscle strain or inflammation. I recommend she take a pain reliever like acetaminophen (Tylenol) at a dose of 500mg every 6 hours as needed for pain. Additionally, applying a warm compress to the area and gentle stretching exercises may help alleviate the discomfort. If the pain persists or worsens, she should consult with a healthcare provider for further evaluation.

I'm really worried because I've had HH for the last 10 years and been on medication, specifically nexpre 20 plain, every day and it's been manageable. But for the last 5 or 6 years, I've noticed blood in my stool occasionally which goes away after a few days. This time something else seems to be happeninglike some kind of flesh is coming out and I have no idea what that could be. Can you help me understand what's going on?

My liver is enlarged with normal shape but shows increased echogenicity and fatty changes on the report, along with very high liver enzymes. My gallbladder looks normal in size and shape but has fat deposits in the wall, which the report calls cholesterosis. I've been dealing with severe indigestion, heartburn, constant burping, excess gas, and constipation. Do I need gallbladder surgery for this
