Is it normal that I can't detect things that are close by and having trouble telling the difference between salty and sweet? I don't have a cold or headache, just a bit of weakness, but I'm worried because my ability to smell things from a distance is off. Do these sound like COVID symptoms to you?

I've had this strange thing happening with my nose recently, where a water-like fluid just starts running from it, but I don't have any cold symptoms at all. This happened once before going to bed and another time while I was exercising. There's no pain around my nose, but I'm curious about what could be causing it.
