I'm really curious about how well Finpecia works if I stick to using it for the rest of my life. Does it mean I won't lose any more hair? Also, I'm having a hard time deciding between Finpecia and Finax. Is one better than the other in terms of maintaining my hair?

Finpecia is a brand name for finasteride, which is commonly used to treat male pattern baldness. It is effective in slowing down hair loss and promoting hair regrowth in some individuals. However, it may not fully restore all lost hair. Consistent and long-term use of finpecia can help maintain the existing hair and prevent further hair loss. Both finpecia and finax contain the same active ingredient, finasteride. Therefore, they are equally effective in treating hair loss. The choice between finpecia and finax can depend on individual preferences and tolerability. It is important to follow the recommended dosage as prescribed by your healthcare provider for optimal results.

View allI'm noticing a lot of premature grey hairs and it seems like they're increasing every day. Do you have any advice or solutions for this?
Greying of hair is a normal aging process which starts around 30 as the melanocytes activity of the body slows down and gradually the melanin production in hair stops. If it is happening before this age, it is called premature greying. This can be genetic and also due to deficiency of essential vitamins and minerals. The hairs which have already turned white cannot be turned back to black. But you can delay the process of greying of hair by some lifestyle modifications. Take adequate sleep and drink lots of water, eat lots of fruits and green leafy vegetables. Few tablets can also be prescribed for the same. there is also one lotion which is supposed to work.

I've been dealing with really bad jock itch every summer and monsoon for the past 5 years. It's super annoying, and on top of that, I've noticed that I'm also losing some pubic hair. I'm wondering if there's any connection between this hair loss and maybe a fungal infection or something? I'm already using clotrimazole to try and handle the itch. Could that be linked somehow?
In addition to clotrimazole, you can also try using Terbinafine cream (brand name Lamisil) twice a day for 2-4 weeks to treat the fungal infection effectively. Make sure to keep the affected area clean and dry, and wear loose-fitting clothing to prevent further irritation.

I've been dealing with a fungal infection for about 1.5 years now, and it's all over my stomach and going downwards. I've tried a bunch of medicines like fluconazole and creams like O2derm, but nothing seems to be working. I'm really looking for some advice on how to finally get rid of this. What should I do?
