I'm really curious about my recent PFT results. I've been dealing with bronchial asthma and allergies for about a year now. Can you help me understand if my PFT looks normal? I'm worried about my breathing and just want to make sure everything's okay.

View allI'm having this nagging minor chest pain that's been going on for about 6-7 months, mostly when I'm coughing or turning from side to side in bed. It doesn't bother me when I'm just sitting or walking around. About six months back, I saw an MD, and ECG results were normal. Later, I had an ear infection and visited an ENT who found my IgE level really high and put me on antibiotics and Montelukast tablets, which I finished a couple of months ago. But the chest pain is still there. I asked my doctor for more tests, and they suggested a CT chest scan. The report mentioned small ground glass opacities. I'm kinda worried now could this be something serious? Is my chest pain related to these findings, and what's the next step for treatment?
there might be inflammation of lungs, kindly consult a pulmonologist

I'm a bit confused about my CT score. During my COVID infection, my CT score was 425, and now, post-COVID, it's 725. The doctor mentioned it's normal but I'm not sure what this means. I finished home quarantine 45 days ago and tested negative twice. Should I be concerned about the CT score of 7, or is there anything specific I need to do?

I'm a bit confused because all the tests like the Mantoux, AFB sputum culture, and Genexpert sputum have come back negative, but the CT scan and x-ray are showing something concerning. We've done the AFB sputum test twice with a good sample, and it's negative both times. However, there's still a light cough, but the saliva seems normal. What could be causing this? Should we be worried or consider any other possibilities? Would appreciate any advice you can offer.
