I'm really frustrated because I've been using Cutiyt Total cream for over a year to help with skin lightening and addressing dark spots and neck darkness, but I'm not seeing any results. I've had all the tests donethyroid, sugar, BP, vitamin levelsand everything's normal. Could you suggest any other cream that might work for me?

I've been noticing that my complexion has become really dull and dark recently. I used to have a pretty fair complexion, but ever since I started my weight loss journey and lost about 8 kgs by going to the gym regularly, it's like my skin has been affected negatively. I look pale and dull and have lost that bright glow. Can you suggest anything for this? Oh, and I should mention my skin is oily, prone to acne, and also quite sensitive.

To help improve your skin tone and regain the glow, you can try using a topical cream containing Vitamin C and Niacinamide. These ingredients can help brighten the skin and even out the complexion. Additionally, using a sunscreen with at least SPF 30 daily can protect your skin from further damage and darkening. For your oily and acne-prone skin, you can use a gentle cleanser containing salicylic acid to help control oil production and prevent breakouts.

I'm a 23-year-old woman dealing with really thin, dry hair and tons of split ends. My hairline has noticeably thinned, especially in the front, making my forehead look bigger. I really want to regrow some new hair. I've tried a bunch of things like Arish and Parampara hair oils, and even KeyaSeth, but nothing has worked. The thinning started around eight or nine years ago, probably because I was using way too much shampoo when I was younger. I used Amway shampoo every day back in 8th grade, and it really messed up my hair. I also tried onion juice and bhringraj oil, but that didn't help either. This summer has been especially bad with all the hair fall. Is there anything else I can do to fix this?

I'm really struggling to find a safe night cream because my skin is sensitive and has a dusky tone. Is it okay to use Lacto Calamine? If it's not the best option, could you suggest some safer alternatives? I'm just worried about causing any irritation or breakouts.

Lacto Calamine can be safe to use for sensitive skin, but it may not be suitable for everyone. If you are looking for safer substitutes, you can consider using Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream or Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Lotion. These are gentle on the skin and can help with hydration without causing irritation. Apply a thin layer of the moisturizer on your face at night before going to bed for best results.
