I'm really struggling with acne on my face and body. No matter what I do, it just won't go away. I've been trying persol forte cream but it doesn't seem to help, and the acne keeps popping up. Could you help me figure out what's going wrong or maybe suggest something else that might work better?

I've noticed my hair is falling out really fast these days, like 30-40 strands every day, and my hairline seems to be receding daily. I started doing this ancient yoga thing I found online called Balayam nail rubbing, and some reviews mentioned there's usually an initial shedding phase of around 3 months. They said the hair fall would stop after that, but it's not happening for me. So, I'm a bit worried because I quit doing the technique, and my hair fall has increased. Also, hair loss runs in my familymy dad was half baldand my diet is kind of low on protein. I'm just trying to figure out how to slow down the hair loss, and it would be amazing if it could stop altogether. Any advice or recommendations?

Thats unusual, visit General Physician for appropriate approach.and maintain balanced diet and healthy lifestyle
