I've noticed these dark spots around my ankles for about a year and a half now, and they seem to be getting worse. What could be causing them and what treatment options should I consider?

I'm dealing with melasma and pigmentation on my nose and skin, and I've tried tons of English medicines but haven't seen any results. I'm really interested in trying something new, but I'm curious about how long it might take to fully clear up this issue. Can you give me some guidance on that?

I've been dealing with these weird spots on my legs and arms that break out and itch. I try not to scratch too much, and after the itching stops, I notice these purple dots that look kind of like hickeys. It's strange, but hopefully that's a good description. Then the area bruises and gets really tender. It usually clears up after a week or so. I'm wondering if you have any idea what this might be.
