I've noticed these dark spots around my ankles for about a year and a half now, and they seem to be getting worse. What could be causing them and what treatment options should I consider?

View allI'm Ganesh, I'm 24, and I've been living in Chennai. I've noticed that my beard and mustache aren't really growing in a way I'd hope for. My beard has only just started to grow, but there are large patches where it still looks like normal skin with no growth at all. Even in the areas where it does grow, it's taking a really long time to gain any length. My mustache isn't much better as it appears more like a thin line just above my lip, and most of it is still like a bare surface. I'm really wanting to grow a full beard and mustache. Could you help me figure out what might be going on and what I can do about it?
It sounds like you are experiencing slow and patchy beard and mustache growth. One possible solution to promote facial hair growth is to use Minoxidil solution. You can apply Minoxidil 5% solution twice daily on the areas where you want to promote hair growth. Additionally, you can consider taking Biotin supplements to support healthy hair growth. Make sure to consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new medication or supplement regimen.
