Can someone with a fatty liver take terbicip? I'm dealing with a fungal infection around my inner thighs and my doctor prescribed terbicip, which I've been using for the past month. I've noticed that if I miss a dose, the itching becomes really intense. I'm worried about the impact of terbicip on my liver condition, so Id love to get your advice.

Safety of Terbicip with Fatty Liver:
- Terbicip (Terbinafine 1%) is generally safe for topical use in patients with fatty liver. However, monitor for any unusual symptoms and consult your doctor if concerned.
-
Increased Itching When Missing a Dose:
- Missing a dose can allow the fungal infection to regain strength, leading to increased itching and symptom flare-up. Consistent application is crucial for effective treatment.
-
Adherence to Treatment:
- Regular application as prescribed is essential to control the infection and prevent recurrence.
-
Monitoring Liver Health:
- While topical Terbinafine has minimal systemic absorption, it's wise to monitor liver health. Report any signs of liver issues, such as jaundice or fatigue, to your doctor.
-
Consultation:
- If you experience side effects or have concerns, consult your prescribing doctor for guidance.

View allI'm wondering if it's safe to use luliconazole 1% cream on the male genital area. I've got really sensitive skin, and I'm a bit concerned about any possible adverse reactions since my dermatologist recommended it for a fungal infection. Can you offer any insights or precautions I should take?

I've had this dry whitish patch on the shaft of my penis for about six months now, and it's got me a bit worried. The skin on that patch is kinda wrinkly, and when I wet it with water or oil, it appears to go back to normal, but it still seems a bit lighter than the rest of the skin. Should I be concerned about this? What might be causing it, and is there anything I can do to treat or improve it?
The symptoms you described, including a dry, whitish patch with wrinkly skin on the penis shaft that normalizes with moisture, could be indicative of vitiligo, eczema, or lichen sclerosus; consult a dermatologist

I've noticed these cholesterol patches on both my eyelids and I'm not sure what to do about them. Would laser treatment be the best option or should I consider cosmetic surgery? I've also heard about acid treatments but I'm worried about safety and effectiveness for this issue
ophthal opinion is advised to the pt.
