I've been prescribed Ketoconazole cream for some itching on my testicles. I'm a bit concerned and wondering if it has any steroids in it. Do you think it's safe for me to use?

I'm really worried about my hair. I've noticed Ive lost about 50% of it, and the area where I part my hair is looking much wider now. Could this be telogen effluvium, and if it is, what can I do to encourage hair regrowth and stop it from thinning further?
