I'm using Vitamin E capsule oil on my face to help with glowing skin and reducing black spots. Is this safe and effective in the long run? Are there any side effects I should be aware of, or maybe a better way to use it for the best results?

Hey, I've been dealing with some really annoying itching. It goes away when I take Avil, but after a few days, it's back. What do you think could be causing this cycle? Should I be concerned about something more serious?

Continue tab allegra 120 mg bedtime for 5 days whenever u get episodes of allergy, also u can use calasoft lotion for local application.

I'm living in Chennai and have been dealing with pearly penile papules for about 15 years now. Even though they don't cause any pain, they're like small white pimples around the head of my circumcised penis. I recently tried using toothpaste to dry them out, and it seemed like they got smaller when the skin peeled off after a week. But after about a month, they came back just like before. I've heard about CO2 laser treatments that might help remove them. Are there any dermatologists in Chennai who can offer this kind of treatment? I'm really looking to figure this out.

Can be effectively treated with CO2 laser therapy. In Chennai, you can consult with a dermatologist who specializes in laser treatments for this condition. One common brand of CO2 laser used for this purpose is the Lumenis UltraPulse. The dermatologist will determine the appropriate dosage and number of sessions required for the treatment.

I've been dealing with a ringworm infection for a few days now, and I've been using Quadriderm RF cream, but it doesn't seem to be helping. The infection is spreading, mainly below the waistline, and I'm really worried. Do you have any advice or alternative treatments? What else can I try to get rid of this?

Candid cream for local application is advised for 3 weeks, along with tab flucanozole 150 mg once a week for 2 weeks is advised to the patient.
