I'm really struggling with acne on my face and it's becoming quite frustrating. I've got sensitive skin too, so I'm worried about what products might make things worse. Could you recommend a good soap that might help with acne without irritating my skin even more? Thanks!

for acne u have treat the cause of acne,visit dermatologist for appropriate treatment which would include oral and topical antibiotics and skin nourishing creams.

I've seen a skin specialist who first gave me Momisoft cream and Uvrid NF sunscreen, along with some tablets for 10 days. That seemed to help, then he switched me to Lutica and the same sunscreen for another 15 days, and it was working well. When I was in Rajasthan, he gave me Desolim cream and the sunscreen, and my skin was fine there. But now I've moved to Guwahati where it's more humid, and the rashes and redness are back. I saw a specialist here and he prescribed Eumosone and other tablets like CFM 500mg, Candimore, Mantrayx, and Lpredace 8mg, but they don't seem to be helping either. The itching and redness are still there, and I'm really desperate to fix this. What should I do to finally get rid of these skin issues?
Clopivate cream for local application is advise for 7 days, if any side -effects dermatologist opinion is advised .
