I'm really struggling with acne on my face and it's becoming quite frustrating. I've got sensitive skin too, so I'm worried about what products might make things worse. Could you recommend a good soap that might help with acne without irritating my skin even more? Thanks!

View allI've been feeling this intense heat on the top of my head whenever I place my hand there. Some people mention it might be due to body heat, so I've tried doing an oil bath 3 to 4 times, but it hasn't really helped. I'm just wondering what might be causing this and what kind of doctor I should see about it?
The persistent heat sensation in your head, despite frequent oil baths, could be related to various factors, including stress, anxiety, or underlying medical conditions, such as hypertension, thyroid disorders, or neurological issues, so consider consulting a neurologist

I'm using dermikem oc cream right now, but I'm looking for some advice on achieving glowing, whiter skin. Could you suggest something better or give me some tips?
Dermikem OC cream contains Ofloxacin and Clobetasol, typically used for bacterial infections and skin inflammation. For glowing, healthy-looking skin, consider the following: _Alternative Treatments_ 1. _Kojic acid creams_: Natural alternative to hydroquinone, helps reduce melanin production. 2. _Niacinamide creams_: Improves skin brightness, reduces inflammation, and enhances skin elasticity. 3. _Vitamin C serums_: Boosts collagen production, brightens skin tone, and protects against environmental stressors. 4. _Retinoid creams_: Derivatives of vitamin A, promote cell turnover, collagen production, and skin elasticity. _Skin Care Routine_ 1. _Cleansing_: Use a gentle, non-comedogenic cleanser suitable for your skin type. 2. _Toning_: Apply a toner to balance your skin's pH and remove residual impurities. 3. _Moisturizing_: Use a lightweight, oil-free moisturizer to hydrate your skin. 4. _Sunscreen_: Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30 daily. _Additional Tips_ 1. _Stay hydrated_: Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated from the inside out. 2. _Eat a balanced diet_: Focus on whole foods rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins. 3. _Exercise regularly_: Engage in moderate physical activity to improve circulation

I've been using Melamet cream for about a month, but when I stopped, I noticed I ended up with hyperpigmentation. I'm really concerned about this because I want to find a cream that'll help remove these pigmentation marks without any nasty side effects. Could you guide me on what I should use? I really need some advice.
Kozicure cream for local application is advised for 3-6 weeks , at bedtime ,if any side-effects dermat opinion is advised .
