I'm really struggling and have been trying to have a baby for the last four years. I've visited many doctors, and they've all told me that everything looks fine with both me and my husband. But despite that, I still cant conceive. I'm really eager to find out what the best treatment options are now. Can you help?

Consider consulting a fertility specialist for advanced testing and personalized guidance; they may recommend additional tests, such as hysterosalpingography, laparoscopy, or sperm DNA fragmentation, to identify potential underlying issues, and then tailor a treatment plan,

I'm really confused about something and need your help. So, a couple of weeks ago, I was diagnosed with PCOS and my doctor prescribed me Metsmail and Chirocyst to take after meals. After just a week, I've already lost 2 kg. I've been trying to control my diet during this time, too. Do you think this weight loss is because of the medication or more likely because of my diet changes? I just want to understand what's really having more effect here.

I've been diagnosed with hypothyroidism and am struggling with the treatment. I've tried a few different brands of thyroid medication, but they all seem to give me headaches, make me gassy, burp a lot, and I just feel restless. It's really hard to deal with. Even when I try taking other supplements, I get the same symptoms. I've also noticed I can't drink tea or coffee or eat mutton anymore. My TSH level is at 150, and I've stopped taking the medication. What should I do?
