I'm really struggling and have been trying to have a baby for the last four years. I've visited many doctors, and they've all told me that everything looks fine with both me and my husband. But despite that, I still cant conceive. I'm really eager to find out what the best treatment options are now. Can you help?

View allI'm curious about vitamin D3 deficiency and how often I should take supplements. Is it more effective to take them weekly or just once a month? And how long should I be on them to see improvements?
If you have a vitamin D deficiency, it's typically recommended to take vitamin D3 weekly or monthly, depending on the severity of the deficiency, as prescribed by your doctor.
