I'm really struggling with both hair fall and dandruff issues. I've heard about both Morr F Solution and Mintop Pro Serum, but I'm not sure which one would be better for my situation. Can you help me figure out which might be more effective for dealing with these problems?

View allI've been taking BTN ultra tablets to help control my grey hair since my doctor first recommended them back in 2016. I used them pretty regularly at that time, and then again on and off in 2017 and 2018, and I didn't notice any negative effects. My doctor mentioned that if I want to continue using these tablets, it's best to do it randomly, like using them for a couple of weeks and then taking a break. So, I'm wondering if its safe to keep using BTN ultra in this random way in the future. Also, is there any risk of side effects from using biotin mineral tablets long-term, even if its not continuous? I'd really appreciate your guidance on this!

I'm noticing these little purple dots on my chin, almost like a bruise, but I haven't been hit or anything. Do you have any idea what might be causing this? Should I be concerned?
It sounds like you may be experiencing petechiae, which are tiny purple, red, or brown spots on the skin. Petechiae can be caused by various factors such as straining, coughing, or even certain medications. However, it is important to rule out any underlying medical conditions that may be causing this. I recommend you consult with a healthcare professional to determine the exact cause and appropriate treatment.

I'm 21 and I'm noticing my hairline is receding a lot, like almost half of my hair is missing. I'm thinking about getting a hair transplant, but I'm not sure if it's the right move. Is it really worth it, and what are the upsides and downsides of doing it? Also, do you know of any reputable clinics where I could get a hair transplant done?
