I'm really struggling with this cough, especially at night, and I've been told it's acute bronchitis. What kind of medication would help with this? I need some relief!

View allI'm currently taking Dolopar 500mg, which includes PCM and 25mg caffeine, three times a day as prescribed by my MBBS MD doctor. However, my fever only seems to subside for about 4-5 hours after taking it. Is it okay for me to take it four times a day instead to keep the fever at bay completely?

I'm wondering if I should still get the swine flu vaccine even though I've already taken antiflu capsules as my doctor prescribed. Does taking the medicine mean I'm protected from swine flu, or is the vaccine still necessary?
