I've got this sharp, stabbing pain on the left side of my chest, but it only happens when I sleep on my left side. If I sleep on my right, there's no pain. It just started last night. I've also got a mild flu going on but no fever, and my stomach seems okay even though I have these on and off digestion issues like irritable bowel. Should I be worried about this chest pain, or is it likely linked to the flu or something else?

On top of that, he's also getting treated for depression. Could you give us any advice or suggestions on what might help him feel better?
