Although it is not scientifically proven, sleeping naked may help you to fall asleep faster and also helps in having better quality of sleep. Good quality of sleep inturn keeps skin healthy, reduces stress. Tight fitting or sweaty underwear can increase vaginal fungal infections which may be avoided by sleeping naked.

I was diagnosed with COVID on Tuesday the 20th and started the meds. I've been getting a fever every day since the 22nd, like every 20 hours or so. At first, I took Dolo, but on the 23rd and today, the 24th, I could only get my hands on Meftal 250 DT. I'm worried because it's an NSAID and I've taken it for two days straight. Will that cause me any stomach trouble? I'm trying to get Dolo again in the meantime. Do you think I should be taking any precautions?

it might be gastritis, start tablet pantop for 5 days , once a day

I'm a bit worried and could use some advice. I've been feeling this pain on the upper left side of my waist for the past three days, and now I'm occasionally getting dizzy too. It all started after I got back from the gym, so I'm thinking it might be muscular, but it's been getting worse rather than better. For context, I'm a mom to an 11-month-old and recently started working out again. Any idea what's going on or what I should do?

That could be gastritis or muscle cramp, take adequate rest and consume bland diet for a better result.

I've been having this low-grade fever for 16 days now, hovering between 98 and 99.8. I took a Widal test and my results showed S.typhiO 1320 and S typhi H 1160. The doctor I saw prescribed Azilide500 and Oflomac400 for me. I even had a urine test done, which came back normal. Sometimes my fever goes away, but then it creeps back up to 99. It's making me a bit impatient and kind of worried. How much longer is this likely to last, and is there anything else I should be doing?
