I've just been bitten by a cat, but luckily it didn't break the skin. There's just a small, light mark on my leg. I got a tetanus shot about three months ago, so I'm wondering if there's anything else I need to do. Should I be worried or do anything specific now?

If there is exposure of deeper skin layers or blood you have to recieve complete dose of anti rabies vaccine,if not noneed to worry just wash it with soap and leave it,and with TT vaccine as you have revieved 3 months ago,no need to take for a minimum period of 3 years.

I'm 27 and got married back in December 2015. For the past 1015 days or so, I've been feeling constantly tired and fatigued. It's like I just don't have any energy, and I feel sleepy all the time. I usually get about 6 to 7 hours of sleep, and I'm also a working woman. Can you help me understand what's going on? It's really starting to worry me.

I'm worried because I found some tiny holes in the packet of rice and noodles and I'm thinking it might be from a rat. If I cook the rice and noodles really well, is it still safe to eat them? I'm just unsure if cooking alone would make them okay, considering the rat aspect. Can you help me figure this out?
