I'm really struggling with flaky dandruff and it's been going on for about a year now. I've tried using selsun and fungiside shampoos twice a week, but they haven't helped at all. Could you give me some advice on what else I might try?

Flaky dandruff that is not responding to over-the-counter shampoos may require a stronger treatment. I recommend trying a shampoo containing ketoconazole, such as Nizoral. You can use it twice a week for 4 weeks. If there is still no improvement, you may need a prescription-strength shampoo or medication from a dermatologist.

View allI've been struggling with ringworm for a while now and it just won't clear up. I've already tried a bunch of ointments like Fourderm, Ring Guard, Itch Guard, and Dermi 5, but nothing seems to work. Do you have any recommendations for something more effective?
Topical Treatments* 1. *Terbinafine cream or ointment*: An antifungal medication that's effective against ringworm. 2. *Clotrimazole cream or ointment*: Another antifungal medication that can help clear up the infection. 3. *Econazole cream or ointment*: An antifungal medication that's effective against a range of fungal infections, including ringworm. *Oral Medications* 1. *Terbinafine tablets*: If the infection is severe or widespread, oral terbinafine may be prescribed. 2. *Fluconazole tablets*: Another oral antifungal medication that can help clear up the infection. *Additional Measures* 1. *Keep the affected area clean and dry*: Wash the area with soap and water, and dry it thoroughly. 2. *Avoid sharing personal items*: Don't share towels, clothing, or other personal items to prevent the spread of the infection. 3. *Wear loose, breathable clothing*: Tight clothing can irritate the skin and make the infection worse.

My breasts have lost firmness and look saggy are there any creams, oils, or non-surgical treatments that can help lift and tighten them naturally? I'm worried about surgery and want to explore other options first. What would you recommend?
To improve the firmness and lift of sagging breasts without surgery, using creams or oils that contain ingredients like **retinol, peptides, or vitamin E** may help improve skin elasticity.

I'm a bit concerned about this small black dot on my finger. It doesn't itch, bleed, or cause any pain, but I'm just wondering if it's something I should be worried about. Any idea what it could be?
