I've been struggling with ringworm for a while now and it just won't clear up. I've already tried a bunch of ointments like Fourderm, Ring Guard, Itch Guard, and Dermi 5, but nothing seems to work. Do you have any recommendations for something more effective?

Additional Measures
- Keep the affected area clean and dry: Wash the area with soap and water, and dry it thoroughly.
- Avoid sharing personal items: Don't share towels, clothing, or other personal items to prevent the spread of the infection.
- Wear loose, breathable clothing: Tight clothing can irritate the skin and make the infection worse.

Could you give me some advice on what might help or if I should be concerned?

I've stopped using Skinlite cream, and now my skin's gotten super dry and itchy. While I was on it, my skin was much fairer, but now it seems a bit darker. Do you have any home remedies or suggestions to help with this?
