I've been struggling with ringworm for a while now and it just won't clear up. I've already tried a bunch of ointments like Fourderm, Ring Guard, Itch Guard, and Dermi 5, but nothing seems to work. Do you have any recommendations for something more effective?

Topical Treatments*
- Terbinafine cream or ointment: An antifungal medication that's effective against ringworm.
- Clotrimazole cream or ointment: Another antifungal medication that can help clear up the infection.
- Econazole cream or ointment: An antifungal medication that's effective against a range of fungal infections, including ringworm.
Oral Medications
- Terbinafine tablets: If the infection is severe or widespread, oral terbinafine may be prescribed.
- Fluconazole tablets: Another oral antifungal medication that can help clear up the infection.
Additional Measures
- Keep the affected area clean and dry: Wash the area with soap and water, and dry it thoroughly.
- Avoid sharing personal items: Don't share towels, clothing, or other personal items to prevent the spread of the infection.
- Wear loose, breathable clothing: Tight clothing can irritate the skin and make the infection worse.

which treatment works faster for stable vitiligo - excimer laser or surgical options like grafting? i'm trying to understand which one gives quicker repigmentation results
For stable vitiligo, surgical grafting generally offers faster repigmentation results compared to excimer laser treatment. While excimer laser can achieve repigmentation, surgical options, like split-thickness skin grafting (STSG) and noncultured epidermal cell suspension (NCECS), are often preferred for their quicker and more complete results, especially in stable disease
